Empyrean Integrations
EVI EIP Books use terms
Effective October 12, 2026. The production connection is not yet live.
These terms are for the internal QuickBooks Online connection operated by Empyrean LLC for EVI.
Authorized use
EVI EIP Books is intended for authorized Empyrean Ventures, Inc. personnel and approved operators only. A QuickBooks administrator must choose the correct company and approve the connection through Intuit. Users must not connect another company's account, share credentials, or provide patient information through this integration.
Initial function and limits
The initial use will be read-only accounting analysis and reconciliation of company identity, accounts, general-ledger detail and trial-balance totals. It is not a public accounting service or a replacement for QuickBooks. Reports depend on source data, completeness checks and human review; they should not alone determine tax filings, payment decisions or financial statements.
Payment execution, payroll changes, bank-feed changes and posting entries are not part of this pilot. Any later write capability requires separate authorization, controls and revised public disclosure.
Connection control
The QuickBooks company owner remains responsible for its account, user access and records. An authorized administrator may disconnect the app in QuickBooks. Disconnection stops future authorized access but does not erase reports or business records already created; see the privacy notice for data-handling and request details.
Publisher and support
Publisher: Empyrean LLC. EVI is the separate QuickBooks company and intended business user. The application is not operated or endorsed by Intuit or Ellie corporate. Contact jacob.jones@empyreanconsulting.com for support or questions.
