Empyrean Integrations
XIP Books use terms
Effective November 1, 2026.
These terms are for XIP Books, the QuickBooks Online connection in XIP, published and operated by Empyrean LLC for organizations that run XIP.
Authorized use
XIP Books is for an organization's authorized personnel and approved operators only. A QuickBooks administrator must choose the correct company and approve the connection through Intuit. Users must not connect another company's account or share credentials.
Function and limits
The connection supports internal accounting analysis, project financials, invoicing support and reconciliation. It reads company identity, preferences, accounts, customers, products and services, invoices and standard financial reports. It is not a public accounting service or a replacement for QuickBooks. Reports depend on source data and human review; they should not alone determine tax filings, payment decisions or financial statements.
Creating customers, invoices or journal entries requires an authorized person's approval for each record, and each is read back from QuickBooks. Payment execution, payroll, bank-feed changes and tax filing are not part of this integration.
Connection control
The QuickBooks company owner remains responsible for its account, user access and records. An authorized administrator may disconnect the app in QuickBooks at any time. Disconnection stops future authorized access but does not erase reports or business records already created; see the privacy notice for data handling and requests.
Publisher and support
Publisher: Empyrean LLC. Each connected organization is the separate QuickBooks company owner and business user. The application is not operated or endorsed by Intuit. Contact jacob.jones@empyreanconsulting.com for support or questions.
